アプリでの収入というと、サブスクリプション（定額課金）、広告収入、アプリ内での課金があり、たくさんのユーザが使うアプリを作る事で、安定収入を得ることができるため、リリースしたいと思っている方も多いのではないでしょうか？
この記事ではアプリを作成してみたい！けれど、プログラムはかけない・・・そんな方に向けてアプリを作成する手順についてお話ししたいと思います。
弊社でもアプリをリリースしていますが、アプリデザイン、企画やマーケティング、販売などを自社で行い、コーディング自体は外注しています。
つまり、アプリを動かすプログラムは作っていただいているのです。
世には素晴らしいプログラマーさんたちが溢れていますので、プログラマーに頼むのが一番です。
では、その手順についてまとめたいと思います。
アプリ開発の８つの手順について
アプリ開発の手順はどんなものでしょうか？私は大体以下のような流れでしています。
１、アプリ企画
まずはこんなアプリを作りたいというアイデアをまとめます。
私の場合、こんなアプリを作りたいというのが元々あったので、企画自体は割とすぐに進んだのですが、０から考える場合は
世の中にすでにあるアプリではダメなので、何かの付加価値や新しい機能、やり方の進化、他のアプリの機能の取り込みなど、どんどんアイデアを広げて、差別化を図り、企画を固め流必要があります。
２、UIデザイン作成
３、アプリの仕様書を作成する
４、開発
次は、開発をします。
前述のように開発自体は、外注しますが、その外注の方に、企画の内容がきちんと伝わるような企画書を書きます。
機能や目的、画面推移などを、開発者自体が見てわかるように丁寧に資料にしていきます。
私は、パワーポイントで資料を作りますが、不明な点が無いように、画像や動画をつかって、開発者に意図が伝わるように丁寧に作成していきます。
その資料を基に開発は専門の方に外注します。私はクラウドワークスを利用して、すごくいい開発者を探す事ができました。

５、バグ検証
開発が進みだすと、企画通りの作業が進んでいるかの管理に入ります。
ある程度のまとまりで、プロトタイプをだしてもらい、意図下通りの機能となっているかを検証していきます。
当然最初からすべて意図通りの動きをする訳ではありません。
開発者も悪い意図がある訳ではないですが、資料の理解の差や実際の負荷テスト、使ってみるとのイメージの変化などなどで、色々と修正がでてきます。
バグがあるのは当たり前という事を認識して、よい物を作るためにめげずにバグを探していきます。
バグや、修正変更事項が見つかると、一つ一つ項目をたてて、開発者とつめて消込をしていきます。

７、アップル申請
次は、アップルに申請です。
アップルディベロッパープログラムアカウント作成が必須となってきます。
アップルディベロッパープログラムのアカウントを作成することで初めてアプリの申請が可能となります。
この記事はやり方が詳しく書かれていたので是非参考にしてにてください。
アプリの申請で待つ時間は一般的に2日ほどと言われていますが内容によってはもう少しかかることもあります。
アップルの申請は非常に厳しく、少しでも不備があると差し戻しされて何度も繰り返して行きます。
その度にその部分を修正して申請を繰り返していきます。
一つの申請で、4-5回差し戻される事もありました。めげずに頑張りましょう。
８、アプリリリース！！
申請が受理されるとめでたくリリースです。
これで本当に世の中に自分が企画したアプリが出る訳です。
実際に最初に自分でDLした時はすごく嬉しかったです。アプリユーザが、アプリ開発者になった瞬間です。
その後は・・・
が、実際はここからがスタートです。
ご存知のように、ダウンロードサイトには意見やコメント書くことができます。ですからアプリがでると、それに対応していく必要があるのです。
常に、ユーザーからの意見やコメントを元に新しい機能追加や修正をおこない新たにアップデートをしていきます。
いろんなコメントがあり、褒められるものだけなくて、厳しいお叱りや要望をいただく事もあります。
けれども、この作業を繰り返すことで、自分では気づかなかったような面が見えてきて、どんどんアプリは、良いものになっていくのです。
以上のような流れで、アプリというのは生み出され、形になり、進化をしていくのです。
弊社では、アプリ開発を事業の一つの柱にしていいますので、今後も新たなアイデアをどんどん形にしていたいです。
